Start at $15 per hour for dinner and weekends.

Move up to $16 per hour for working weekday lunch shifts when schools are in session.

Move up again to $17 an hour for Early Morning(4am start) or Late Night Shifts(Midnight or later)!!

How do Crew Members play a key role in the restaurant?

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World-Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
